What Our Customers Are Saying

"Denise and Bari are amazing at the top notch customer service they offer. Their knowledge and wisdom is refreshing! The service men that come and drain the septic are always knowledgeable, respectful of my property and offer wonderful advice also. I highly recommend Gray Brothers!"

"This is my first experience dealing with a septic system. Paul welcomed the opportunity to educate me as he was working. He pumped the system, evaluated and located the clog, then cleared it all while talking me through the different parts of my system. He even took an extra few minutes to teach me a few tricks to self maintain the system.

"Excellent response to an emergency, blocked pipe in septic system. Had house full of guests. The technician, Andrew, was there in less than 2 hours. He located the blockage and worked hard to clear it and pumped out the tank. Great service."
